What do I need before the call?
You do not need to gather documents to book. After booking, we send the questionnaire and identify the information relevant to your question, such as residence dates, income sources and filing status. You upload your documents in your client portal before the call.
Does the consultation include a return or registration?
The consultation is a 30-minute call with your adviser, then a signed memo of up to four pages within 3 working days after the call, with the answer to your question. If you also need a return or a registration, we can prepare it next.
What happens if I need further help after the consultation?
If you need more help, we send you a proposal. Your consultation fee counts towards Annual Tax Support or a qualifying project; see the credit at booking.
Can I share the memo?
You can share it with your own advisers, such as your accountant or your adviser abroad.
What if you made an error?
We correct our own errors at our cost.
