We reply within 2 working days with the right service, its price and how to start.

## Included

- your Portuguese return, with its annexes and any income from abroad;
- your annual review, before the year-end decisions;
- replies to your letters from the tax authority;
- answers to your questions, from your file;
- coordination with your adviser in the other country;
- a call with your adviser when your case needs it.

## How the year runs

- **January.** We send your calendar for the year and confirm your regime.
- **February and March.** We collect your documents, check the tax authority's pre-filled data and start your return.
- **April to June.** Your return is filed in the season, with the proof in your portal.
- **July to September.** Letters and questions as they come. If a sale, a move or another event is ahead, we plan it with you as a project.
- **October to December.** Your annual review, timed for the year-end decisions: when to sell, whether to change residence, when to take a pension lump sum.
- **All year.** We answer the tax authority's letters by their deadlines.

## The annual review

Each year we check your written position against what changed: your facts, your regime's conditions, new law and the deadlines ahead. If nothing material changed, you get a short note that says so. If something did, you get updated advice.

## Working with your adviser abroad

If you want, we exchange what each side needs with your adviser abroad, so that both returns are consistent.

### How is it different from the Tax Consultation?

The Tax Consultation answers one question, once, through a 30-minute call with your adviser and a follow-up memo. Annual Tax Support covers your Portuguese tax all year: the return, the letters, questions from your file and the annual review.

### Can I join without a Tax Consultation?

Yes. Without an earlier written position, the first review starts from your answers and your documents.

### Do you coordinate with my accountant abroad?

We handle the Portuguese side. Annual Tax Support includes the coordination with your adviser abroad.

### What happens after I join?

We open your portal and ask for your documents there. Your calendar for the year follows.
